Bison Cash is a lead generation service. When you submit a request on our Site, we share your information with lenders and lending partners in our network for the purpose of matching you with credit product offers. This sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law and the laws of other states.

How to Exercise Your Right

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may:

  • Click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer and submit your request
  • Email us at support@bisonlendlng.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information"

  • Enable the "Global Privacy Control" signal in your browser

We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receiving it. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive offers from lenders in our network.

What Happens After You Opt Out

After you opt out, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information for the purposes covered by your request, except as necessary to:

  • Complete a transaction you initiated before the opt-out
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues
  • Provide services you have specifically requested

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof that the person has your authorization to act on your behalf, such as a signed power of attorney or a written statement signed by you.
